Overview:
We are looking for someone to oversee the day to day operations of Mission House Coffee between all our locations. This person will be the "go to" person for our company, supporting our brick and mortar locations and assisting the owner with company wide tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years food service management experience
- Eligible to work any day/time
- Must have valid driver's license
Responsible for:
Staff/Communication Management-
- Interview and hire new employees
- Handle employee discipline as necessary
- Handle all necessary third level customer intervention
- Handle second level employee intervention
- Communicate regularly with Management Team
- Oversee assistant manager’s performance
- Perform store evaluations and inspections
- Meet regularly with the owner
· Product Management-
- Oversee quality control of all products
- Organize drink special creation/execution
· Order Management-
- Manage 3rd party application menu updates (Doordash, Grubhub, POS, Etc)
- Organizing and fulfilling catering orders placed through general inquiries
- Fulfilling owner orders/requests
· Equipment/Space Management-
- Perform store evaluations and inspections
- Oversee equipment maintenance (non-daily), cleaning (non-daily), and recommend purchasing needs
· Financial Management-
- Submit necessary weekly/monthly financial reports
- Run general reports and make adjustments as needed
- Oversee store margins and waste
- Report discrepancies as they occur
Other duties as assigned
Compensation:
- $40,000/year starting pay
- 7 days PTO
- 7 days sick leave
- Up to $50/month in supplemental insurance through our provider
- Free coffee drinks
- 1 meal per day worked (must be redeemed that day)
- Eligible to receive bonuses/raises
